Allergy drugs lower fertility

-

ANTIHISTAMINE use may be causing fertility problems in men.

The drugs are often taken to relieve symptoms of allergies like hay fever, hives and conjunctivitis.

Dr Carolina Mondillo, of the Instituto de Biologia y Medicina Experimental in Buenos Aires, said: “There is much to learn. More trials are needed.”
