TV host Andrea McLean is confident her third marriage is going to survive the Loose Women curse.

The presenter who wed “chilled’’ businessman Nick Feeney in November laughs off the idea their marriage is doomed to fail. So many of the Loose Women hosts’ relationships have collapsed that they believe the ITV programme is cursed. Just months before Andrea, 48, wed, co-host Coleen Nolan, 53, split from her husband Ray Fensome.

Ex-panellist Sherrie Hewson’s 28-year marriage broke down in 2011. A year later Andrea and second husband Steve Toms divorced.

Andrea said no areas of her marriage will be off limits for the show and told Nick: “Once you marry a Loose Woman you have to become a Loose Man. That’s how it goes.”

But she is not worried. She said: “He’s super chilled about it. He’s the most relaxed person I know. ”

Launching the new Become brand of clothing for menopausal women, Andrea said she thinks getting together with Nick while they were going through divorces has been positive as they saw each other at their lowest.

She said: “I was on my own, going through the menopause, really not looking to start anything new. He was on his own as well, getting divorced.”

“We went straight into seeing each other at our absolute lowest and we both got better. Now it’s great.

“Sometimes it can happen the other way around with wine and roses, and everyone showing their best side, but we met showing our worst sides.”
