Al can master the escape act

IF ALAN Pardew doesn’t get this right I fear he will go back to where he started managing clubs at the top end of the Championship. Because who else will give him an opportunity? Pardew (left) has got what it takes to keep West Brom up and I hope he does. I know him well and played with him at Crystal Palace. He is confident, sometimes bordering on over-confident, but it would not help the cause of English managers if he goes from boss of the year at Newcastle in 2012 to being a manager in the Championship. So, come on Al, pull your finger out and show you have the tactical nous to keep the Baggies up.
