Three Lions will feel Kane’s pain

HARRY KANE’S injury scare is much worse news for England than Tottenham. Heung-min Son, Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen can fill in for six or seven games at Spurs. Who the hell is going to play up front for England at the Word Cup? I wouldn’t trust either Jamie Vardy or Marcus Rashford to be consistent enough to get England out of the group. Kane (left) has played a lot of games and scored a lot of goals. What he doesn’t need is the reoccurrence of an ankle injury. The good thing is he seems very level headed. Somebody less stable might think, ‘It’s the third time this has happened’ and start to worry. Kane’s ability to think clearly will be a massive help to him.
