EVERTON’S WIL TO TIE UP JACK

- BY JOHN CROSS

EVERTON are ready to make Jack Wilshere a big-money offer to move to Goodison Park this summer. The Arsenal midfielder is locked in a contract stand-off after being offered a new deal which meant he had to take a pay cut. Wilshere is keen to stay at Arsenal but has admitted there has been no progress on negotiations. Everton are very keen and could offer him a better deal as he is a free agent this summer when his £110,000-a-week contract expires. Juventus are also interested. Arsenal face another dilemma over Aaron Ramsey who will have only one year left on his contract this summer.
