Don’t cool down, Son
HEUNG-MIN SON may have peaked too soon ahead of the World Cup, his South Korea boss fears.
Tottenham forward Son has scored seven goals in his last four games to take his tally to 18 in 43 appearances this season.
South Korea head coach Shin Tae-Yong said: “I hope Son can perform in the World Cup like he currently does for his club, but I’m concerned Son’s red-hot form could cool down.
“No player can maintain his best form all season. I’m really worried Son’s form might go down from May, with his concentration waning and him becoming physically fatigued.”
