RUN Panic in Borough Market

BBC1, 9pm Lee Mack’s gags come so thick and fast they practically wallop you over the head every 30 seconds. There are brilliant one-liners from all the cast, although show creator Lee (starring as, er, Lee) definitely gives himself all the best jokes.

This episode, centred around an Escape Room adventure, means the entire cast can share the same scene for the whole half hour. So we get more from the brilliantly deadpan Hugh ITV, 9pm

ONE year on from the first of four terror attacks to hit the country, this emotive film interviews those who were caught up in the atrocities.

Dennis and Abigail Cruttenden as friends Toby and Anna, Bobby Ball as Lee’s dad Frank, and Geoffrey Whitehead and Deborah Grant as Lucy’s parents.

It’s Lee’s birthday, so Lucy (Sally Bretton) books a last-minute deal at an Escape Room – the family has to use clues to get out before a ‘bomb’ goes off. “This is the worst lock-in ever,” observes Frank.

He’s not wrong. As the time ticks away everything gets a little bit creepy, and, as ever, chaos ensues.
