HULL LET TIGER WATTS GO

HULL FC coach Lee Radford wished Liam Watts well after completing his big-money switch to Castleford - but insists the move is right for his club.

Watts (right) completed his move with a three-year deal after a significant fee was agreed with the Tigers. Radford said: “I’d like to wish Liam all the best and hope he can find some consistency off the field to benefit his career in the future.

“We have some great, young enthusiastic front-rowers coming through at the club who appreciate our values and behaviours and they will benefit from more game time.

“I’m really looking forward to watching these players progress and develop over the next few years.”
