‘Zaha’s a bit Messi’
ROY HODGSON has likened Wilf Zaha to Lionel Messi ahead of the winger’s return for Crystal Palace at Huddersfield tomorrow.
The Ivory Coast star, who came off the bench against Chelsea, will return for the first time since February 4 following a knee injury.
The Eagles have yet to win a point all season without Zaha and haven’t won a league game without him since September 2016.
Hodgson said: “He has the exceptional ability to run with the ball and beat people. Those players are very important as we saw in the Chelsea-Barcelona game and Lionel Messi.“
