ENGLAND players have been put on a strict regime at their training base.

Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate has banned players from ordering syrup or sweet treats from the Starbucks coffee shop at St George’s Park.

Southgate wants to keep a close eye on the players this week and make sure they stick to a diet.
