This Country gets mother of all hauls

HIT SHOW Charlie and Daisy with Ashleigh McGuire, left This Country scooped three gongs at RTS, including Comedy Performance and Scripted Comedy.

The BBC sitcom is written by brother and sister Charlie and Daisy May Cooper, who play cousins Kerry and Kurtan.

But Charlie was alone at the event and revealed: “Daisy gave birth 10 weeks ago so she is apparently ‘snowed under’, which is bulls***. Obviously this is unreal, thank you.”

New series 2 episodes are out on iPlayer on Tuesdays.
