Sharon: Me and Ozzy still go for spontaneous sex
More ‘romantic’ if it’s unplanned
SHARON Osbourne has said she and husband Ozzy still enjoy impulsive sex sessions.
The X Factor judge, 65, feels long-term couples who plan their romps are failing in their love lives.
Sharon reacted to a TV report that couples now book in “lovemaking nights” for their marriages.
She said: “No, no – it sounds too robot-ish for me. I have never made an appointment yet and it would never happen if I made an appointment to have sex.
“I don’t think it is very romantic. We had three kids, but you still get time to do your thing.” Ozzy, 69, recently said his children need to understand he is still attracted to his wife, saying: “Just because we are older, doesn’t mean we don’t do it.”
Sharon also admitted she used to have a giant ego when she began working with Simon Cowell on The X Factor in 2004.
She said: “When I first started to do a show with Simon Cowell, I was probably worse than Roseanne. I would fight with him all the time, all the time, and I thought I had the perfect right to do it.
“Which, I mean, I was delusional, totally delusional.
“But I was much younger, my ego was as big as my a**. That’s what you do. Fifteen years later, we laugh about the things that I was arguing about. You grow up, you get the pecking order, you see how it’s done – and then you just shut up and smile.”
