G4S ‘strands’ eye op gran

A GRAN paid £112 for a taxi to take her 75 miles home following an NHS op after waiting six hours for her G4S transport.

Sharon Mullen, 73, of Cliftonville, Kent, who had eye surgery at St Thomas’ Hospital, London, is set to take legal action. G4S said it was “looking into this”.
