Cyber attack fails to hack drugs data

UK ANTI-DOPING insists no data was stolen when they were hit by a cyber attack.

UKAD holds thousands of test details and medical records, ranging from football stars to Olympic medallists.

“Over the weekend we were made aware of a cyber attack affecting our systems.

“We can confirm no data has been lost or compromised,” a UKAD statement said.

“We took steps to resolve the situation. No core activity, including our testing programme, has been impacted.”
