Thieves grab wheelchair

A DISABLED boy’s 13th birthday was ruined after his wheelchair was stolen.

Reece Charnley’s parents had left it in their car overnight, ready for the diplegic cerebral palsy sufferer to go out with pals.

Mum Jodie, 38, of Liverpool, said: “He can’t go anywhere without it.”
