ENTERTAINMENT

-

ITV, 9pm “It’s going to take a bucketload of chardonnay,” laughs Coleen Nolan. The TV presenter and Mirror columnist has gathered seven famous women to join her on stage for a special striptease to raise awareness of breast cancer.

And as she waits for their first meeting, she’s feeling nervous.

Joining her are broadcaster Victoria Derbyshire, Emmerdale actress Sally Dexter, reality TV star Megan McKenna, former Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton, actress Helen Lederer, TV legend Ruth Madoc and presenter SarahJane Crawford.

This is hot on the heels of the men’s Full Monty, which we saw on Monday – and they are determined to show the boys how it’s done as they hit the stage in Sheffield.

But it’s a tougher gig than perhaps they imagined.

Just like the men’s version, there are lots of laughs (watch out for Ruth breaking into a rap), but also plenty of emotion as the women talk about their experiences of cancer. PLAYING DAD Idris tries comedy
