STANG HAS MORE STING

-

Ford has facelifted its Mustang for 2018, improving the car in the process.

The new model features improved safety (it didn’t do well in European crash tests) and added techy features such as pedestrian detection and pre-collision assist.

Rather more excitingly, the V8 engine now produces 450bhp and the exhaust system has been tweaked to produce a more fruity sound. On that subject there’s now a ‘good neighbour’ setting that quietens the exhaust for early morning starts or night driving. These changes, together with suspension tweaks and the replacing of some interior trim parts with better quality materials, should make the 2018 Mustang even more desirable. I’m looking forward to driving one to find out.
