Lallana: I have time
ADAM LALLANA is taking inspiration from Darren Anderton in his bid to make it to the World Cup.
The Liverpool and England midfielder is sweating on his place after injury, but is using ex-Spurs star Anderton’s example to give him hope.
“There is plenty of time between now and the end of the season,” said Lallana.
“In one of the World Cups (1998), Anderton had not played a competitive game until April 11 (after four months out). So that just shows you.”
