Generation shame

You might remember him from 90s show Doogie Howser, MD or Barney Stinson on American sitcom How I Met Your Mother.

But you won’t necessarily recognise Neil Patrick Harris now as the weird and creepy Count Olaf in A Series of Unfortunate Events on Netflix, based on the kids’ books and which has just released a second season.

The actor, 44, says: “What’s great about season two, and the same is true with the books, is there’s more action. We’re in the middle of it.”
