CALUM CAN FEEL THE 4TH

- BY ADRIAN KAJUMBA

CALUM CHAMBERS insists that Arsenal will not take their eye off the ball in the Premier League.

The Gunners have little to play for after falling well off the top-four pace, 13 points behind their fierce rivals Tottenham who are fourth.

Their priority has now become winning the Europa League, which offers Arsene Wenger’s men their only realistic route back into the Champions League.

After seeing off Stoke on Sunday to stay sixth in the league, Arsenal face CSKA Moscow in a quarter-final first leg tie on Thursday.

And defender Chambers (above) said: “We want to finish as high as we can in the league so we are going to keep fighting until the end of the season with that.

“We want to win every game so we are going to prepare well and try to get the results we need.

“You could let your mind drift to the Europa League. But we are a professional side which wants to finish as high as we can in the league, so the league games are still important for us.

“We got the job done against Stoke so now we can put that to one side and focus on Thursday.”
