MARIO BALOTELLI’S agent has claimed his player is speaking to Premier League clubs about a summer return to England. The former Liverpool and Manchester City striker, 27, (below) who is now with French club Nice, is out of contract at the end of the season. The Italian has scored 21 goals this term and his representative, Mino Raiola, said: “Mario is ready to return, he has matured into one of the top-10 strikers in the world. “In Italy, he’s No.1. He is worth £88million, but he’s on a free transfer and is therefore a bargain. “I’m negotiating with many clubs in England and in Italy. I’ve spoken with Juventus, Roma, Napoli and Inter.”
