Mourinho faces fight to land Umtiti

BARCELONA defender Samuel Umtiti has admitted he is aware of Manchester United’s interest in him.

Jose Mourinho is known to be a big fan of the 24-year-old France centre-back whose release clause is £52.6million.

Umtiti (above) said: “It’s not only United, other clubs want me too.

“Negotiations for a contract renewal have not started yet. My release clause is low, but I’m focused on the pitch.”
