Jewish chiefs to see Corbyn

JEWISH leaders will take up Jeremy Corbyn’s offer to meet them in a bid to combat anti-Semitism in the Labour party.

The Board of Deputies of British Jews and the Jewish Leadership Council wrote thanking the party leader for his commitment to address “anguish in the Jewish community”.

JLC chairman Jonathan Goldstein and Board president Jonathan Arkush urged him “to drive the changes required”. No date is set for the meeting.
