Nicky’s Sound Bite

-

MIGHT BITE is as short as 4-7 to gain compensation for his Cheltenham Gold Cup defeat in tomorrow’s Betway Bowl at Aintree.

The Nicky Henderson nine-year-old (above), who found only Native River too strong in the feature race of the Festival, faces seven rivals for the three-mile, one-furlong Grade 1 event.

“He’s in great order and everything is right for him,” said Might Bite’s trainer Nicky Henderson yesterday. “He has come out of Cheltenham well, and I’m not worried about the soft ground.”
