Charlie Brooks says she has not ruled out returning to EastEnders. The actress, who played Janine Butcher on and off from 1999 until 2014, said she would “never say never”. Speaking on Lorraine, the 37-year-old, left, said: “I don’t know what the future holds. I love theatre, I love new jobs, I love travelling. But who knows?” Janine was a fan favourite in the BBC1 soap. The character wed four times, battled drug addiction and was accused of murdering Laura Beale.
