MONEY COMES FOR GIRLS

-

WILLIAM HILL go 10-1 that the 2018 Grand National will be won by a woman jockey.

Baie Des Iles, the mount of Katie Walsh, is now 16-1 (from 40-1) after sustained support, while Bryony Frost’s partner Milansbar (33-1) and the Rachael Blackmore-ridden Alpha Des Obeaux (40-1) have also been popular.

“Since Lottery won in 1839, we have never had a female winner,” said Hill’s Rupert Adams.

“Many punters expect history to be made on Saturday.”
