JONNY EVANS is holding out for a summer move to Manchester City and is reluctant to join Arsenal. The West Brom captain will be available for a cut-price £3million when the club’s relegation is confirmed. The Baggies considered selling Evans (left) in January to raise funds but turned down bids from Premier League leaders City and the Gunners. Northern Ireland international Evans, 30, is still based in the north west and is understood to firmly favour moving to the Etihad above the Emirates.
