The Malawi-born comedian came third last year with his non-PC jokes about famine and slavery.
He’s had success with a tour and stepped off the stage for a new BBC Radio 4 comedy.
Daliso, 38, also co-created and starred in Radio 4’s When The Laughter Stops in 2014 and appeared on The Now Show, a satirical programme in 2017.
He has novels and sitcoms on the go, a published collection of short stories and he’s written on the Rwandan genocide. “It’s crazy,” he says.
He is on tour with What The African Said nationwide now, his Radio 4 series starts in May.
