STRIFE BEGINS AT FORTY

-

DRAGONS coach Steve McNamara believed their performance at the Jungle was unacceptable.

The Tigers ran in seven tries to move into the top four and leave Catalans rock bottom.

After beating Huddersfield and running Wigan close in their last two games, McNamara admitted the Dragons had fallen well short.

“That performance was unacceptable,” he said. “We made big strides in the last couple of weeks, but we took a huge step back today.

“We conceded five tries off kicks, which tells you in the little effort areas of the game it wasn’t there for us.”
