JACK GREALISH is a £20million transfer target for Leicester who will move for the starlet if Aston Villa fail to go up.

The 22-year-old has reignited his reputation in 2018 as the driving force behind Villa securing a Championship play-off spot. His midfield displays have alerted 2016 Premier League champions City, who are scouting him.

If Steve Bruce’s side go up he is likely to stay and get a bumper increase to his £20,000-a-week contract, which has two years remaining.

But if fourth-placed Villa fall short, they are set to cut costs and Grealish (above) will be their biggest saleable asset.
