‘Brit dad kills wife after she snubbed sex’
A BRITISH man is being held after allegedly kicking his Thai wife to death on holiday after she refused his demands for sex.
Kevin Smitham, 51, is said to have flown into a drunken rage and attacked Kanda, 29, accusing her of having an affair.
Horrified neighbours in Ubon Ratchathani spotted her semi-naked on her parents’ porch yesterday.
Inspector General Watcharapol Pimwong said mechanical engineer Smitham, originally from Nottingham, had admitted killing her. “They started arguing because he wanted to have sex. His wife refused and this caused jealousy,” he said.
The couple lived in Pattaya, near Bangkok. They have a son, five, and 11-month-old twin boys.
