Knifed crook parade is off

THE cortege for a burglar will not pass the home of the pensioner who stabbed him to death, police said.

Locals were said to be set to block the procession for Henry Vincent reaching the home of Richard Osborn-Brooks, 78.

But the Met Police said a parade “is not due to take place” in Hither Green, South East London.

Tributes to the crook, 37, were moved from outside the house on Sunday.

A date for the reported £100,000 funeral his family is planning is not known.
