Nerve agent ‘was liquid’
THE nerve agent used to poison Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia was delivered in liquid form, government experts said as they warned the clean-up will last until Christmas.
It is believed the pair came into contact with the Novichok at their home on March 4 before spreading it through Salisbury.
The agent does not evaporate so there are nine sites which will have to be chemically cleaned. The Mill Pub is the believed to be the most contaminated after the Skripals house.
