Teacher is in clear for sex with boy, 17
A TEACHER has been cleared of having sex with a pupil, as the 17-year-old left school months earlier.
Divorcee Deborah Lowe, 54, had encounters with the boy in her home, car and caravan, a court heard.
He said they had “flirted” at school, and jurors heard Lowe messaged a friend: “If not in the too distant future he wants to discuss merits of an older woman I’ll be there for him.”
She said they first had sex in December 2016, at her flat in Stockport, Gtr Manchester.
Minshall crown court heard she sent him a card signed The Slut, a name they used in “rough” sex.
Mum-of-two Lowe was cleared of sex with a child by a person in a position of trust, between 2015-2016.
