The Hardwick Grange depot is operated by XPO Logistics, with deliveries by DHL. Both XPO and DHL have now entered a period of consultation with workers affected. M&S, which is undergoing a big shake-up to stem falling clothing sales, is also handing DHL a contract to run a new depot at Welham Green, Herts.
