MOODY’S GLOOMY FOR WPP
Adland giant WPP suffered another blow yesterday after top ratings agency Moody’s issued a warning.
It downgraded its outlook for investing in the firm from stable to negative following the shock departure of long-time boss Sir Martin Sorrell.
Moody’s said it created “uncertainty” over WPP’s future, with speculation that the advertising and marketing group could be broken up.
