Ibra: A World Cup without me just wouldn’t be a World Cup!
He’s back to ‘save’ tournament
ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC has declared: “A World Cup without me would not be a World Cup!” Ibrahimovic, who has just signed for LA Galaxy, made his comment when appearing on the US talk show with Paul Kimmel (right). The 36-year-old has already said he intends to come out of international retirement to play for Sweden this summer. And when asked about playing in Russia, he added: “I just said I am going to the World Cup, yes. If I say more, people will hang me. So I have to be careful what I say now.”
And, on being mobbed in LA, Ibrahimovic added: ”People told me when you come here you can walk on the streets, but since day one – no.”
