IMMIGRATIO­N QUIRK CAN’T BE RIGHT

Amid the beyond farcical, cruel shambles of the Windrush scandal, another example of our weird immigratio­n rules has gone without the attention it deserves.

The two banker sons of Syria’s alleged chemical weapons chief, Amr Armanazi – a man who made his fortune on the back of cruel slaughter – are living in London’s richest borough having been given UK residency, despite their dad being blackliste­d by the UK and the US.

Is it me or is that just wrong?
