AIDEN MARKRAM collected a pair in a nightmare start to his Durham career as 21 wickets fell at the Emirates Riverside.

Markram and his new team-mates were skittled out by Kent for 91 at the start of their County Championsh­ip Division Two game, but bounced back to bowl out Kent for 169.

With six overs left, the South African was then out for a second duck. Matt Henry claimed five wickets in the morning before returning to take Markram’s scalp and give Kent a 65-run lead at the close.
