LOOKING pale and appearing to shuffle in discomfort, Dale Winton goes out for a meal with two friends four days before his sudden death.
In what may be the final images of the Supermarket Sweep TV star, CCTV footage shows him entering the Italian restaurant in Whetstone, North London, on Saturday night.
Known for his deep tan and smart suits, Dale, 62, wore a denim jacket, baggy jeans, polo shirt and baseball cap for his meal out. A waiter said: “He’d come here a few times over the last couple of weeks.
“He was a nice guy, very down-to-earth and polite. He was laughing and joking with his friends. “He was a gentleman.” The star had moved into a rented house in the area last month, after selling his £2.6million home in Central London.
His death on Wednesday is not being treated as suspicious by police.
