Jurgen is calling for Kop best

JURGEN KLOPP has urged Liverpool fans to prove they are the best in the world.

The Reds boss wants his club to produce another fabled Anfield European night by intimidating Roma with their passion inside the ground...not by throwing missiles at the team bus outside it.

The quarter-final with Manchester City saw a handful of Liverpool supporters throw bottles at the visiting coach, which cracked the windscreen and forced them to call for replacement transport.

And as they prepared for the visit of Roma – whose own fans are known for their volatile emotion – Klopp urged his support to show the Italians the ultimate respect.

“In the stadium do it again and better,” Klopp said. “Outside the stadium, please show the respect we have to show.

“This is a fantastic club, an outstanding family known for our fantastic atmosphere worldwide – we don’t need to throw something at the bus.

“We can show how wonderful Liverpool people are and we can show it in 20 minutes before the game and then the whole world knows it.”
