YOU SAY

I’d like to comment on the letter from the reader who wants to drink less alcohol, but is worried because their social life revolves around drinking (Dear Coleen, Feb 18).

I stopped drinking on the last day of January this year and worked out the saving for that month and, boy, what a shock!

The money I saved was out of this world. I now feel like a new man and I’m in my 70s! If I can change my habits, I’m sure your reader can, too.

And, take it from me, it doesn’t have to interfere with your social life either. Try it and good luck!
