CAMERON JEROME says Derby’s win over Cardiff has lifted “the weight of the world” off them.

The Rams are back in the top six with two games to go after coming from behind to beat Cardiff 3-1 on Tuesday. Striker Jerome scored twice to secure a vital victory after three straight defeats. That run sparked fears Derby would blow promotion again with a trademark end-of-season collapse. Jerome (left) said: “Sometimes when you’re losing games you can feel sorry for yourself and have the weight of the world on your shoulders. But in that second half we showed great desire and commitment.”
