MAX VERSTAPPEN has vowed to tackle his error-prone campaign by driving faster than ever at this week’s Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

He has been criticised for gung-ho tactics that have seen him collide with Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel at successive races.

There have been calls for Verstappen (below) to tone down his approach, but in Baku – where last year’s race had a series of collisions – the Dutchman said he will keep pushing the limits. “You learn from your mistakes. That doesn’t mean you have to drive slower, but faster, with more control,” said 20-year-old Verstappen.
