MANE’S SCARE FOR KLOPP

SADIO MANE has given Liverpool a Champions League scare after being pictured at hospital.

The winger (right) missed training yesterday, and headed to the private Liverpool Spire Hospital for a scan on a thigh problem he picked up during Tuesday’s 5-2 thrashing of Roma. That led to fears Mane could miss next week’s return leg in Italy – and give boss Jurgen Klopp another headache after Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was ruled out until next season.

But test results were encouraging and while he is likely to miss tomorrow’s visit of Stoke, Mane told fans he should be fine for the match in Rome.
