Many reasons to vote

Those who are not sure whether to vote in the local elections today should consider the following. The Windrush scandal, failure to meet immigration targets, crime up, the economy in a state, the Brexit shambles, the NHS and housing in crisis.

Why should anyone give this pathetic Tory bunch a second chance at the local elections when they have totally failed to deliver on their manifesto pledges?

The Tories are nervous because we now have a chance to send a clear message that we are sick to the back teeth of their gross mismanagement of our country and demand a new government. All it takes is a no-confidence vote at the ballot box. Reg Barrett, Southminster, Essex
