A daily sauna ‘halts strokes’

REGULAR saunas reduce the chance of suffering a stroke, a survey suggests.

Having one four to seven times a week cuts the risk by 60%, medics found.

Researcher Dr Setor Kunutsor, of the University of Bristol, said: “Saunas appear to have a blood pressure-lowering effect.”
