ARGENTINA’S football chiefs published advice on “getting lucky with a Russian girl” at the World Cup.

In a manual for officials and journalists, expert Dr Eduardo Pennisi told men hoping to bed “beautiful” Russian women that “they also want to feel special”.

As images were posted online, staff at a seminar reportedly took them away and tore out pages.

Dr Pennisi said he had copied from a blog but did “nothing bad”. Argentina’s FA apologised saying it had not checked the material.
