Worboys cue for victim law

THE scandal over the release of black cab rapist John Worboys highlights the need for a victims’ law, claims a campaigner.

His prey fundraised to block the Parole Board’s decision to free him.

In a speech today Baroness Newlove, Victims’ Commissioner, will applaud their bravery and say victim support is “severely wanting”.

Her husband Garry was kicked to death by thugs outside his Warrington home in 2007.
