GLOW back in the ring

US TV comedy drama GLOW based around the women’s wrestling circuit in the 1980s is back.

Season 2 follows the women as they become local celebrities, confronting the good, the bad, and the ugly realities of their newfound fame. That GLOW stands for Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling tells a story in itself, apparently it was OK in the 1980s.

It launches on Netflix on June 29.
